Chiropractor also available and Howard is fantastic, knowledgeable and generous with education. Not only will you together align your body, if you are interested his wealth of information will grow your mind.

After an absence from yoga of about 4 years I was very nervous about starting again. Teneriffe Yoga was an extremely welcoming environment and Sally an excellent and motivating Yoga instructor. After 2 months, my flexibility and strength has improved and I am very pleased with my progress. Unfortunately I have moved back to Sydney, but I will be going out of my way to drop in for classes whenever I am in Brisbane! I highly recommend Terneriffe Yoga.
