The Fitness Bunker is a unique place to workout, Juergen the Kettelbell instructor doesn't just pump you through a session, he trains you to move your body safely and effectively, so you get the most out of your workout and feel safe using the heavier weights. I love the small group classes as if feels like a semi private training session, you get more coaching, helping you progress and see results quicker. Since I have been going, my physique has changed heaps and I feel a lot stronger and more confident. I highly recommend The Fitness Bunker to anyone looking for an instructor who cares and has a wealth of knowledge and for anyone who wants a training experience unlike any regular Gym!

The Fitness Bunker is a fantastic environment. As someone who used to not push themselves with exercise, I have changed, mentally and physically, since doing kettlebells here. We have a great teacher who considers everyone there. No matter what stage you are at, he will match his training to your level, and allow you to progress in an exciting, yet safe, atmosphere. And at the class, it doesn't feel like you're working out with robots. Everyone is friendly, chatty and supportive, even those who wake up so early for the 6am sessions ;)

I recommend The Fitness Bunker to anyone wanting to change their routine, where they can be proud of themselves and see lasting results :)
