Absolutely love The Results Room. Personally, I have found that it offers the services and facilities of a large-scale gym, but its best attribute is that is the personal engagement and support of a small community. I love that you can walk in and the staff will greet you by name with a smile. It's the most welcome I have ever felt at a gym - and that motivates me to come back!

Great supportive gym environment. Professional advice and personalised programming. Peta and Dan are fantastic coaches. More than just a gym, TRR is a community.

Awesome gym with awesome trainers. Have been training here since it opened, the longest I've stayed anywhere! Very happy with individual programming that actually addresses my needs, variety of classes and timetable. Such a friendly and encouraging environment that I trust this gym to train both my teenage daughters (19 & 14) - best to learn the right way the first time. Great investment for your health and your families.

Fantastic gym, great trainers. Awesome classes to suit every fitness level, and everyone is always supportive and welcoming. Love the place and will never go to another gym.

The only gym I've ever stayed going to for more than a month. Great supportive trainers in a friendly, supportive and motivational atmosphere. Nothing like the boring, run of the mill, cocky commercial gyms. Would highly recommend
