Bought a bed and a couch from them a week ago. The couch arrived and didn't fit into the door of the apartment (which was largely my fault because I should have checked prior). The bed unfortunately arrived with some minor damage on it, and though it was a bit disheartening when I brought it up with the staff at the store they went above and beyond to set things right. They gave us a good deal on a replacement couch and dining table with free transport. In my opinion the only way you know whether a store is good or bad is by seeing how the respond after a mistake has been made, and Fantastic Furniture at Windsor proved they really do care about their customers!

Came into your winsdor store today to browse bed frames etc. Was looked after by a lady named Leesa - the most honest and helpful sales assistant I've ever come across. Had fantastic product knowledge and didnt pester me into buying anything i wasnt interested in. Other staff were also friendly.

we've gotten an office desk and tv display stand from here. easy to shop in store and also online. the pickup is close by in stafford and furniture was relatively simple to put together. if you're on a budget then this is a good place to shop.

My goodness we walked in last Sunday afternoon we had our Labradoodle , so my husband and myself tag teamed looking at furniture, the staff took note said bring you dog in she's very welcome . We purchased nearly a whole house of furniture, seriously fantastic service... well done to great staff .

Bought a large furniture package from this store recently. All the staff I dealt with were amazing! Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If the person i had dealt with wasnt available, someone else just stepped up and helped out. They brought my delivery forward for me at my request and did everything possible to accommodate our body corporate people. The delivery guys were extremely polite and efficient and i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! ps - the furniture is great too - very solid.
