Food was pretty good. I love their dim sum but I'm always biased towards that dish. Unfortunately, their customer service leaves much to be desired.
Waiters frowning at diners, being short with their responses and being rude. The waiter who took our order didn't even repeat our order to make sure. There wasn't even a thank you for our patronage as we were leaving, just plain silence as a waitress stood near the exit. We also found little opportunity to ask for more water, and our teapot spent much of the evening not refilled.
It's little things that let us down. Please consider training your staff, especially in making their customers feel more welcome.

Probably the worst food I have ever eaten way over priced for the portion size of the food really bad customer service really rude waitres got our order wrong to much oil in the food it was just terrible and a waste of money if your looking for good food don't eat here you will be extremely disappointed

Friendly staff and quick service. Restaurant decor is looking a bit old and needs a good clean. Food was okay for yam cha, I didnt try any menu options but it was extensive. Low cost.

Bad service and food was cold. Everything we ordered that supposed to be crispy was soggy.. We had to ask for a menu and It was about 5 minutes before a food trolley came around. 3 dishes we ordered were not available, instead they brought out something else without asking us. Probably on the bottom of my list for good yum Cha and Chinese food. Restaurant was practically empty, there was about 3 tables when we arrived, 6 staff visible. No excuse for cold food and bad service..

Always go here for my birthday. They always have the best Chinese food. Price is reasonable for the great quality of the food. Totally love it.
