Absolutely terrible service! They will serve you, then ignore you for 20 minutes during which time they won't clear your table or even keep serving you: you will be forced to go to the counter; they will come up with all kinds of excuses for why they can't do their job and think everything's okay if they just don't charge you. The Chinese (not sure if that's her nationality) manager on duty on Friday late afternoon, 21 July, is very ignorant and snobby.
Worst service ever received in any restaurant.

I actually had to explain to this girl how to do customer service properly. She is totally clueless.
The owner of this establishment needs to know how bad their manager is at this job.
I had to explain to this girl (East Asian manager), that in a restaurant (in any customer-service environment) you can't just let the customer wait around: you have to serve them. If they are not eating or drinking, then they are taking up space, perhaps finished their meal, ready to go, and in this case you give service to make way for new (paying) customers; but you must also serve them out of common courtesy as well, but it seems this manager has neither courtesy or business sense. In any proper establishment, such a manager would not be allowed to work there. In a city like Sydney or Melbourne, she would last maybe one week at most, then she would be fired.
