I dined here on Saturday night with my family and we couldn't fault the food, it was just amazing! The service provided by our waiter Daniel was impeccable and the atmosphere was lovely, warm and relaxing. I will definitely be back! Thank you

Had to call over someone to make our order after waiting over 20mins then was another 25min wait for our wine that I had to ask for again, food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was lovely tho we waited over a hr for a plates to be cleared
Off table and no the restaurant was not that busy with the amount of staff.

Front of house and back of house certainly have a big difference in quality.
BoH - plates were ready in a timely manner, entree (pork belly) was excellent, steaks were ok (all were supposed to be medium rare but the inconsistent result was interesting), sides were good. Plates were clean, neither cold nor warm. Presentation good.
FoH - bad. Despite doing our best impression of meerkats, it took very obviously catching one waitstaff's eye, smiling directly at them, them walking right past, realising maybe that was a bad idea, and finally turning back, to even get someone to take our orders. The rest walked right past and were more interested in chatting with each other or heading to the darker corners to clean up finished tables.
The one who did end up taking our order had very little knowledge of the details of the items available on the menu (surprising considering how small the menu is), or was just incapable of expressing what they did know - on asking for further details regarding the Cafe de Paris butter sauce, they replied it was a butter sauce.
One of the later FoH staff, in a rather misguided attempt to make conversation, began a line of questioning which resulted in them implying that we didn't belong here in Australia. I'm sure they meant it innocently enough, but not meaning to cause offense doesn't mean they weren't being offensive.
It didn't take an excessive amount of time for staff to come to clear the empty plates and drinks, nor to request the bill and pay for it.
TL;DR Won't come back because your Front of House is awful.

Food was good service was terrible. Wait staff were inattentive. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

Shame I had to give even one star. Worst experience at a restaurant and never going back. Booked a table for 4 guests only to be taken to a table for 3. Waited 15 minutes to Bergen acknowledged by waiter. Tried to order moreton bag bugs only to be told they were sold out at 6.30 on a Friday night. Asked for a straw for a child's drink and had to ask again to receive one 20 minutes later. Then waited an hour and 15 minutes for mains. When it still didn't arrive I enquired about the hold up and the waiter explained that the food on the specials menu was frozen and needed to be defrosted. Awful and appalling service, very average entrees and can't comment on the mains given that, after waiting over an hour, I walked out and never going back.
