Location great, room was great, pool great, service so/so. Seemed to be understaffed.
Took ages to check in, then I tried to call reception a few times re making up a pullout bed and it rang out and was diverted to another number that rang out. Had to go down in person to reception to get it sorted. Not really a big deal but why have a guest services number if no-one answers.
Breakfast this morning took an age. I didn't check what time we ordered but it was surely close to 40 mins before the eggs arrived.

Great view and rooms. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and service at breakfast is a bit lacking.

Beautiful views across the river and botanical gardens. Friendly and helpful staff.

Here we are 17 floors up and enjoying the most beautiful views. River City for sure. This has got to be the best location. Walk out the front door and straight across Alice Street is the wonderfully presented Botanical Gardens. Pleasant walking experiences. Rooms are ideal. Plenty of space. Bed is simply one of the best ever, and I've slept all over the world for many years. Staff are great. Very helpful and easy to approach. Breakfast was made to order and we were happily looked after. Certainly would recommend this experience to anyone.
