Just ordered a bucket of hot chips - it was all the dregs of the deep fryer and about 3 chips that where more than 5cm long, not worth eating :(, disappointing as the BBQ chickens are always pretty good

Where have the friendly staff gone??
Customer service needs addressing.
After 7 years of my family regularly purchasing food from there, it's sad to say that after the extremely rude staff member, upsetting my partner because another staff member hadn't written the order correctly. And not apologising but hiding out the back of kitchen, we won't be returning and supporting this local business.
