Went with friends on Easter Sunday and we were charged an extra 10% given it was a public holiday. Staff explained it was to cover penalty rates. We asked them if they got the penalty rates and they said no they didn''t. We didn't mind paying extra if it was going to cover extra staff wages, BUT when they use it as an excuse to rip their workers off (by paying them wrong rates anyway) AND rip us off for an extra 10% on top of that then yes I do mind. We told them we support staff getting fair wages and that we wouldn't be back. To the staff who work there - you've got 6 years to make a claim to the fair work ombudsman to get paid correctly - you can do it after you resign from there if you prefer - www.fwo.gov.au. Just keep a track of all the hours you work in a diary (update it each time you work so that it is a contemporary record). Really disapprove of employers ripping staff off!!! PS staff very nice and friendly, their employer doesn't deserve them...

As a regular here I can say Vroom are consistently great. staff are always friendly and attentive.

Great meals, friendly service and nice atmosphere. The steak was perfectly cooked and the deserts were fresh and a perfect portion size. The kitchen is open late catering to those with the busy lifestyles. If i had to complain, the house white wine was average. Will definately be back :)
