The architectural flow and selection of restaurants combines for yuppy heaven. The only downside was the fire in a bushes which we had to put out, with no thanks to the other patrons who refused to donate their water bottles to the cause. I get Fiji water isn't cheap but can you afford to live with a burnt down building on your concious? Anyway, we put the fire out.

Great mix of cafes and restaurants with the new inclusion of 5 additional new foodies. They have wine store, hairdressers, barbers, high end Woolworths with amazing produce, bakery, butcher, fresh fruit & veg, coffee galore, chemist, and so much more. The great thing is that is still small and very cool. Love it. Its my local and its getting better by the day with the new tenants and laser light show. The Gasometer is outstanding to have dinner by (go to Hatch, Reef Seafood, Peng You Chinese for lovely view in the evening). They also have gym upstairs and newsagent too! live music on the weekends so you can just chill out and relax on the lawn. I just love it.

This is a nice little precinct. Good restaurants and a cracking cafe. 2hrs free parking and good access to other areas in Fortitude Valley and the city.

The Standard Market Co is a mecca for great produce and gourmet items. Reef Seafood has seriously fresh local catch and their oyster bar line up is drool worthy. Parking underneath which costs if you stay over three hours. Parking gets busy when there is an even in the area.
