I got my Laser hair removal done on half hands few times in this clinic at Carindale.
The lady (Sam) literally just does laser only on the forearms.
Not on the wrists, no hands or fingers, not even the elbow.
Well, I paid for half hand which should normally include the fingers, wrists and the elbow.
It is total waste of money. Never going back there.

If you need any sort of injectables you guys need to see Jessika ... She is an amazing Registered Nurse with a lot of experience... I'm extremely happy with my results and definetly would recommend her for all work you need !! Woohooooo go Jess you rock xxx

I booked a consultation for injectable fillers. I went to the clinic at 3 pm. after a long day of school and when I sat on the chair and asked the nurse (Annabelle) to see what I need for fillers, she said I only know how to make a filler for cheecks no more else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How does is come? You waste my time with someone who doesn't have an experience in how to make a dermal filler? Why you don't have experienced doctors not nurses in your clinic?
I really feel bad and disappointed from what happened to me and I will worn all my friends from making fillers in your clinic next time.
By the way, she said I will contact someone else who knows better how to inject the jewlines and I will give you a call. But, She did nothing until now!!!
I hope this clinic will not lose her Reputation with less experienced people.
