He did my implants when i was younger that i wasnt happy with size wise (even after explaining and showing pictures) and then 8years later i find out iv started to have capsular constracture so me thinking its best to go back and use the same doctor was the worst mistake i made.. it took me a while to get the near 11k together for the surgery & now on his recommendation i (really obviously) have one breast bigger than the other & a gap larger then id asked between my breasts.. when i contacted his office office i was told to go in as some massage tips csn help???? As if massage will make them the same size. It was more a 'sorry to hear you hate them but ohwell' type email.. iv tried to just ignore it but tbh im devasted. Hes not helpful nor informative.. do your research girls so u dont end up like me

I think dr richardson was great an took the time with me he did my revistion breast surgery an has been in contact from day 1 of surgery he tells it how it is an dsnt lie about what results he can give you an the staff are all so lovely xx

After waiting over an hour my appointment time, I felt Dr Richardson had no interest is me as a potential patient and had limited information to give. He didn't have any pictures to show me and seemed very uninterested throughout our meeting. I won't be choosing him as my surgeon.

My experience with Dr Richardson and his team can not be faulted. Right from the first consultation to the post-operative care, every little detail has been covered to ensure I had the best surgical journey. Dr Richardson has a very relaxed manner, which is comforting and welcoming, but he is very serious about his role as a plastic surgeon. He is thorough, honest and has many years of experience. He takes great pride in his work and showed an outstanding attention to detail. I could not be happier to have chosen him as my surgeon. I would, and will, recommend him to anyone.
