Sadly, after purchasing a Groupon for this salon I was unable to book an appointment as they never returned any of my calls or emails. I attempted several times in a 4 month period to email and call the Salon and never received a reply and therefore never had an appointment and completely wasted my money on their services. I absolutely would not recommend! Such terrible customer service for any company.

I taught yoga at the studio as Julie-Anne asked for covers for classes. It soon became clear why she needed so many "covers" so often - she does not regularly pay instructors. Still have outstanding payments 6 months later, and know several other instructors who are in the same position. Not bothering sending invoices anymore. Dishonest business. I wonder whether the cafe and spa workers are paid regularly?

Purchased two six-week yoga classes for my husband and I only to discover they then subsequently close down with no refund. My husband pre-paid IPL treatments over $2,200, received two treatments and they have not committed to any further treatments; however they have kept all the money. There has been many attempts at following up to which Julie-Anne says that she is going to do the right thing by clients but never follows through. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Very unreliable. Within a week of purchasing my Groupon, 2 classes were cancelled (very short notice) & today I turn up to see they've closed/moved. I received a confirmation email for my class just yesterday & today there's a note on the door...no phone call or indication of how I access my remaining classes. Nice people, good concept but extremely poor execution & customer service!

Loved the feeling of the place from when I first walked in. I was warmly greeted by the gorgeous receptionist, who worked as beautician in the Eden Day Spa they have there (the organic facial they do sounded devine, note-to-self)
I did a casual class in Restorative Yoga with instructor Susan, which was just the meditative deep release my body needed.
I love the fact the classes are small, around 8 students maximum.
She was excellent in explaining how the postures worked, & allowed us to take our time with each
