Visiting Brisbane on a very short stay and was looking for a cbd venue to do some classes. This was perfect. Great classes, I did hot yoga and Pilates. The gym and the bathroom facilities were great. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially for a visitor.

4 floors, several studios, weights level, free weights, machines and Olympic weights. Sauna , steam room. Same 10 mainstream commercial pop crap tracks on a loop, as with many of the franchise gyms. No EDM.

I'll rank it top 1 in "Gyms with the Shortest Opening Hours in the World" list. And the game "Treasure hunt - looking for 3 broken lockers in a row" isn't very difficult even for beginners.

Travel here and use this gym when I'm on business trips to brissy. Great little set up and friendly staff. Short walk from any hotel in the CBD, recommend if you want abit more free space!
