In need of a refurb and in the meantime, a clean! Came here to relax in the aromatherapy room, steam, sauna etc. These facilities are also looking very tired and the showers were disgusting... little flies of some kind buzzing around near the faucets and clearly grime/mould building up. We left within 10 minutes; it was gross.

It's not my favourite Fitness First location but it is an awesome little gym. Well equipped and conveniently located with friendly staff

Not a bad gym, just a pain finding parking in that shopping centre. especially when its raining. Staff are great
