I have, so far, paid for 2 different laser treatment packages, and cannot be any happier!1. Amazing service (even after sale.. unlike other places).2. Super clean (The clinic, facilities and treatment rooms).3. Staff take different measures to insure the safest treatment (They ask Qs, ask you to fill forms and discuss any concerns prior to proceeding with the treatment).4. Staff are very friendly, excellent at what they do (They initiate conversations during treatments to divert your attention to pain - which honestly is bearable anyway- but kind enough of them to think of how to provide the best experience for their customers.5. Most importantly; they do NOT rush you.... ** And NO I was not paid to write this review.. I'm simply sharing my honest experience, as I myself read reviews before I do/go/purchase anything.

I've been to dermatologists and other laser clinics for IPL but Image by Laser New Farm is by far the best! The results are fantastic and your comfort is important to them. My mum makes appointments with them every time she visits from Canada and says they are the best!! Highly recommend this place!

I have recently had laser hair removal treatments at Image by Laser and I was very happy with the service and the end results. There are so many places offering these treatments now and I shopped around to try and find the best one and in the end I felt the most comfortable with Image by Laser. They seemed to know their stuff and didn’t make me feel rushed or brush off my questions.
