I have tried calling this salon for weeks and get an engaged signal, I have emailed and had no response. I have read reviews on other sites and other people have had the same problem, one lady said she made an appointment the week prior, bundled up the kids and arrived to a 'closed down' sign on the door. I have a voucher worth $400 which was given to me and I have no way of contacting them for a refund or to make a booking! I also see their website is still operational and capable of taking your money to purchase gift vouchers online! Where are these people?

I have been here a few times and have been disappointed each time. The settings are beautiful (although starting to look a bit tired) but the staff seem to be over it. I had a massage and the masseuse whinged about her husband most of the time. The last time I went I had a facial (gift voucher). They were 20 mins late and rushed through the facial to catch up. When I got out (10 minutes before my friend who went in before me for the same facial) my baby was screaming in the creche. When I got outside my friend pointed out that I still had cream residue on my face. I went back in to complain. I was advised that they would investigate and get back to me.... 3 weeks, still no contact! It's a dud.
