I have had a few excellent massages here. It is very comfortable and clean and the therapists are extremely professional and attentive. It's very good value too

Had been gifted a voucher from my sister which was for a 90min experience which included a 1 hour massage and a 30min express facial. Being a beauty therapist myself I was very excited to be the one getting pampered for a change. Where to start.....my massage was 45mins and in that time the therapist left the room 3 times and someone knocked on the door to ask a question as well. I got offered "special oil" for an extra $5 which I refused as my voucher was for $160. The oil used smelt a lot like baby oil to me. Then my facial....she started the face steamer directly on my face without removing my makeup or even asking/checking my skin type. When I asked her if she would like to remove my makeup before steaming she then began to remove it with a baby wipe whilst under the steam. Then used some kind of product which stung my face like crazy and no massage technique was used and the therapist left the room another 3 times during this treatment. My experience ended 15mins early. I literally couldn't get out of the door quick enough-rip off!!
