Our usual therapist (who is fantastic!!) was away sick which resulted in an alternative appointment being made with another therapist. We could not have been more disappointed with the eyebrow wax and colour service done by Sherrill.
At no time were either of us asked what we wanted or, what we usually had done. Without consultation Sherrill decided to change the colour and shape of our eyebrows and the results were completely unsatisfactory. A phonecall to explain our dissappointment was met with nothing short of poor excuses and rudeness. This appointment was a very disappointing experience which is very sad considering we usually enjoy our time at this business and are happy with the results.

I tentatively walked into the Brow and Skin studio almost nine years ago now - and I haven't looked back! After having lived in North Queensland for part of my childhood and then having terrible acne scarring from my teenage years, (back in the late 70's when there was not much help for bad skin), I had almost given up.
Sherril was kind, sympathetic and practical. She listened, understood my problems, looked carefully at my skin and then took action! I have had several courses of the red and white Healite with excellent results. Sheryil has put me onto quality products which I love - especially the Medik8 and Dr Moy - and adjusts the products as needed over time. Her research on the products she uses in her salon is always up to date and very thorough. Only the best will do. She is also the only one who has managed to whip my eyebrows back into shape!
Sherril employs wonderful and highly competent staff; and it is always a joy to walk into her Salon, to see their cheery faces - and come out with glowing skin! Sherril is at the pinnacle of her profession and I highly recommend The Brow & Skin Studio if you are looking for a salon that takes its mission for healthy glowing skin seriously.

No other place as professional and caring of quality work than The Brow and Skin Studio. The attention to detail, genuinely listening to clients and taking the time to give you what you desire is what this place does extremely well. Expertise, vision, an artistic and steady hand - all the staff at this studio are experts at what they do. I am most particular about noticing areas of improvement but I can honestly say, the time and effort that goes into finding experienced staff that are also open minded to training The Brow and Skin Studio way puts this place above others and has made a long lasting impression on me. Each and every client is important to them and no matter how long you may go there for, the staff never take the importance of your input for granted. Well worth the visit, once you go, you will never want to go anywhere else!
