My experience here was awful. I had a relaxation massage and a "pedicure". My therapist was nice, but the business practices and management here leave a lot to be desired.
Compared to other salons I've been to, this place seems generally unclean, untidy and unprofessional. The toilet and bathroom can be easily heard from the treatment rooms, which is a distraction. I had a random therapist enter my treatment room during my massage, which was uncomfortable and inconsiderate.
The pedicure was literally just a nail polish application. I had about 10 shades of red to choose from in total out of a basket of strange, no name brands of polish. My therapist could barely fit her chair in the treatment room, and had to squeeze around things to move. The manager was also rude.
It was an unpleasant, awkward experience and I found it very difficult to relax. I did not get value for money and I would not go back.
