Service was good and the staff were friendly. Had a really long wait time, very pricey but thats expected due to emergency situations.

I was treated so poorly and my dog and her pain dismissed and advised against testing. Prescribed a medication that I advised made it worse to have her die two weeks later.

We took our cat here on a public holiday. There is a 20% surcharge, which I understand as their labour costs are higher. What I can't accept is all charges, including medicine is 20% higher. This seems like a price gouge to me. Also, I was asked if they could do a test on my cat to see if kidneys were functioning ok to prescribe some pain medication. The cost of the test was $120. I said no. Then, five minutes later they offered another test, which cost $30 that could diagnose the same thing. Although my cat was treated well and professionally, I couldn't help but feel the cost was excessive and the main motivation was profit.

I understand having to pay an excessive amount to see an emergency vet but the massive gouge for medication was outrageous. Over $65 for cat eye drops was ridiculous. I always assumed vets are animal lovers but this experience made me really reassess this idea.

Thorough and helpful - We brought our beloved pooch here last night with a suspected tick & the staff were very helpful. Although in the end it was not a tick (thankfully!) their response was efficient & caring. They took our Coco out to the clinic/surgery area & did a thorough inspection & discovered it was an enlarged teat/duct. We were in & out within the hour & in the end there was no charge as there was no serious issue!
