The new premises is great. You can really see the thought and detail that has gone in to give the best possible holistic veterinary, vet dental, and rehabilitation therapy care and experience for patients and clients.

About a month or so ago, I brought my dog in to be examined for an injury to his left foot/leg. I am writing this review as I had to retake my dog to a vet we used to attend 45min away, as your attending vet made me loose trust in the vets on the Southside of Brisbane. The vet I saw at your clinic showed no sign of having a caring "Dog bed side" manner toward my pet who can be challenging with people/environments he is unfamiliar with. The vet misdiagnosed him through visual and minimal touch of my dog. The vet we saw today(whom he had never seen before) took the time to earn my dogs trust, my dog was his usual challenging self toward him, BUT the vet took the time and showed patience and a genuine caring manner toward my dog. This helped to Show him that he was safe AND allowed the vet to add a muzzle so that the vet could examine the same injury I presented to your clinic for, Which as It turns out is quite serious and should have been dealt with, with more than pain killers, water exercise and rest.
I am disappointed in the service and lack of compassion and patience that was shown to a very challenging dog in an already stressed state of mind.
For this one injury I have paid over $600, through your vets incompetence ans lack of empathy towards stressed and challenging animals as well as the rude comments to myself regarding drugging and muzzling him for next time. IF i could give a negative star I would as the one star is one star way to many.

The older lady vet was very rude didn't like her at all same as my pet !!! Would avoid her at all cost!!!!
But the nice young Asian vet not stereotyping :) is extremely skilled and would highly recommend her :) just wish she worked at different vet.

Michelangelo came to live with us aged 9. Little did we know he was developing a pancreatic illness. Elaine Cebuliak and her team kept him well with holistic care. Now our next Italian Greyhound also attends for hercheckup and titre tests each year. This clinic is very supoortive and sensitive to both animal and human clients.

I love coming to see Dr. Elaine as do my two pug girls, Rosie and Maggie. I love that she is holistic is her approach to my dogs. Elaine goes above and beyond. While living overseas Elaine would always answer any questions I had about my girls and always offered further advice when needed. I highly recommend Elaine and her team, they are always very welcoming making my dogs feel special and at ease.
