Unfortunately found my lovely budgie hen had prolapsed. They told me to bring her straight in and they attended to her quickly and put her to rest.

My husband and I are so thankful to the special people who work here. All the staff we had dealings with (Dr Sasha, Dr Emma, Alana and Maddie) approached us with empathy and professionalism. Dr Sasha carefully informed us of our little boy's situation and prognosis. Her suggestion that we take him home for a few days while we made a decision was very wise. Those days were treasured. We'll be forever grateful to Dr Emma for the kindness she showed our darling (and us) as he was gently put to sleep in my arms. In short, the people here made a devastating time more bearable and we recommend them without hesitation.

They’ve lost our appointment apparently! Not very apologetic or said sorry - I had to wait from 5:30 to 7:00!!!

One of the best vets you can go to. They had my Shadow for an eye removal and gave him the best treatment ever. They called twice a day to give me an update and are always friendly and respectful. Pricing was a bit higher than what i was expecting though. Can not fault them at all. Thank you for caring 😀😀
