Really overpriced. They take advantage of the situation in order to over charge. It was obvious that money was the main concern and not our pet.

We came here once for the 24 hour emergency clinic and were very happy with the care our puppy received so we booked our 12 week vaccination. Unfortunately on our way to the appointment we got caught in the rain and stuck in traffic. We called ahead and told them we were running late but once we arrived at the clinic we were told we would have to reschedule. We had hired a car specifically to take our pup here and had booked the afternoon off work for the appointment. We explained what had happened but the receptionist was incredibly unsympathetic. We understand that the vet's time is valuable however we think the situation could have been handled better. We will not be returning here

Rude receptionist. Didn't know the products advertised by the clinic and proceeded to cut me off and tell me how I was wrong. Great first impression.
