Booked a van online which specified having a fridge, no fridge just a VERY small not powered coolbox where you couldnt store a bottle of water. Vans are given with no fuel (in very low reserve)and want it back empty, a bit difficult to calculate that and return with none in it. Once the van was returned, and after the contracts 2 weeks bond, multiple emails had to be sent before the 500$ deposit was returned. The vans are ok but overall customer service is definitely not good! Theres plenty more similar rentals which offer better services.

We picked up our camper in Brisbane without any problems. The staff were really friendly and helpful and answered every question happily. The vehicle itself was really clean and functioning and featured a great interior that provided us with everything we needed. A sink, a cooler, a camping cooker and loads of space to sleep in. All in all we had a great experience and would book with wicked campers again! :)

Rented vans in Melbourne, Tasmania and Cairns. All of them good except for one situation in Cairns, but luckily we where near and Simon could fix it!

We rented the vans in three different places, it was a perfect expierence! We only had a problem with one van, but they fixed up in the same day. We really recomend to travel all over the east coast with wicked campers!

Try and set an example to kids especially on their school holidays in the Byron area.
In all a good company but you lost me on the last slogan on your buses, GROSS!!
