Hey! My name is Ali! I had a service done on my R1 with these guys changed the oil, front brake And tires and when my bike came back from the service it didn't run very well! I called them they came to pick up the bike and then returned back and charged me again for that and than I had the same problems after 2 days and call them again they come again they came at least 2 times and I went there twice for the same problem and I'm talking with them seriously at the last time his name was Mr glean he said to me we couldn't fix ur bike and he sent me to the other mechanic when I went there and he checking my bike he said its shame for Yamaha he played with ur bike! Because the didn't change the oil, they didn't fixed the front brake any way I added some photo on Yamaha u guys can see!!! And also Yamaha stuff was so rude! I'm pretty sure Yamaha shop in canberra can not continue with this stuff!

Everyone I have dealt with (especially Glenn) at Yamaha of Canberra has been excellent.
My bike is still there being repaired after a stack, has been there since early July. The only hold up on getting things underway has been my insurance company. Once they gave the go ahead, they have ordered the parts in same day, have already fitted most of it and just waiting on 1 part and it is done.
Called up yesterday, happy to go through finding the right parts I needed (left fairing parts) ordered and will be in soon.
Not to mention all of the help they are always happy to dish out if you call them or drop in. New parts, happy to help. Advice on changing the clutch, no worries at all.
Can't recommend enough, I know where I will be going to have my bike (2009 R1) looked at in future.

I had these guys do the repairs on my bike following a stack. The bike came back literally as good as new, there is not a scratch on it. They were really helpful, gave me good advice for motorcycle maintenance and were friendly.

My husband and I went to the grand opening. Great bikes on hand. Unfortunately, we were just looked at (not greeted or talked to) by 3 staff until one nice female. I just want to at least be treated as a potential buyer as we were looking into buying.
