I received a phone call from Bonnie, who is the owner/operator of the business, in response to my feedback below. Bonnie was apologetic for the misunderstanding and explained how the communication might have gone awry on my last call. It was apparent that Bonnie took my feedback seriously and was keen to discuss ways to rectify the misunderstanding, as well as provide me with the information I was looking for when I initially called.
I really appreciated the sensitivity to customer experience and the genuine commitment to setting things right. After speaking with Bonnie I am looking forward to giving SOULution Yoga a go.

I called the number on the website to make some injuries about attending a class. I spoke with Susan, who seemed annoyed I had rung. Susan was unwilling/unable to answer any of my questions and provided me with a mobile phone number. I rang the number and it went to a voicemail of a person who didn’t seem to have any affiliation with SOULution. I really was made to feel unwelcome, I will go somewhere else.

Interesting mix of classes, though not really my scene (I don't like people talking at me the entire time I'm practising yoga). Good sized studios, very comfortable with quite a bit of storage space and good equipment (blocks, straps and mats). Parking is horrendous so leave time for walking to class!
