Excellent Pilates studio where I've been doing Pilates for years. It's the only studio in Coffs Harbour where physiotherapists do a thorough assessment and intake and you get a customised Pilates program based on your body, your competencies and limitations and your goals. My health fund pays for 90% of my classes because it's considered a physio group class. Highly recommend going here either for Pilates or physiotherapy, or both.
