We were there last year (1st and last time). Trainee staff at reception was rude and provided wrong info. Ended up getting refund for wrong info provided by the trainee who did not apologise. They should hire more competent staff or provide better training.

I have been coming back with my family for years now. Our regular doctor is fantastic and they always manage to squeeze us in at short notice (might not be our regular GP but they get us in). Professional, courteous and efficient. If you need a doctor or GP in Geelong give Health E a call.
