My family and I are long term clients (5+ years) and we have had no issues with either the support staff of the various dentists that have attended to us.

My experience at the center was itself okay. But they did services for me that was not indicated ( can say as I am a medical doctor and is able to make informed decisions).Though I said I didnt want an extra xrays other than the one I had as he was refering me to the oral surgeon anyway. They got claims of my private health insurance which left me with very little to claim for the oral surgery which I finally had.
Ripped off my benefits from my private health fund.

my better half had a severe tooth ache and couldn't wait for her usual dentist - rang around locally all full - range Erina - what a professional approach - Sally the receptionist couldn't be more helpful and thought ahead to ensure proper medication was taken before the appointment - well done everyone and the dentist despite her youthful appearance was top class
