Just did a Power Hour of yoga - it was fantastic and a much bigger workout than I thought! The pace of the session was just nice, as we switched between different poses. Can certainly feel that my flexibility, balance, core strength and fitness has improved! Really looking forward to the next class now!

I 've been going to Manu's classes for few weeks now and I can feel the difference in my flexibility and core strength. I enjoy his class cos he is passionate about what he does. I recommend his classes to any one.
