If there were negative stars id give that. took the day off work for a delivery, no delivery bed hasnt even been sent from factory. Staff told us when we paid theres one on the way itll be delivered friday or monday..now my daughter has no bed and they couldnt give me a delivery estimate never dealing with FF ever again.

I ordered and paid for a sofa, they told me it would be 4 - 6 weeks, after 8 weeks I'm still waiting. I have rung multiple times and they say it is made but they can't tell when it will be here until the truck gets here. You can't tell me they don't know when they are receiving stock. The staff and management don't care, their attitudes are a disgrace. Once they get your money, the customer service goes out the window.
