I moved here from Melbourne and what a great find. Not only were they friendly staff, from the reception staff to the dentist, but very LGBI friendly.
There prices were similar but their care and friendliness is what got my attending.
They also organised a payment plan with me that I could afford.
Highly recommended to anybody that has a loose tooth or needs long term work.

Bad customer service, tried to make me have X-ray that cost $63 when all I wanted is them to take my tooth out which is expensive Anough anyway these days. Then sent me away with a sore mouth because I haven't checked
My INR in the last two day.

Best dentist ever, I am absolutely terrified of dental treatment as I have always had a delayed reaction to the anaesthetic they inject to deaden the nerves, as a child and beyond my dentists would not believe me when I said I could still feel most of the pain. I am now 60 years old, and this is the VERY FIRST TIME I have had a dental procedure done with absolutely NO PAIN. I am so impressed by my dentist at Maven Dental Hervey Bay that I cant stop telling everybody how great they all were but especially Darchet my New Dentist. Thank you Maven Dental
