Very highly recommend! Doctors and Admin Staff are very knowledgeable and are always efficient and effective.

No problem making an appointment arrived in good time after that the service fell apart wait wait wait 30 /45 min,bingo your turn.
Have not been back for a long time ,so see how we go this time.

Not easily accessible for medical problems that have any degree of urgency/emergency about them.
Ok if you want to make an appointment a good week or so in advance for something which can wait, like a skin check or more trivial issues that you don't mind hanging about for, but for something you feel you need to be seen for straight away and get urgent treatment for, for example possible ear / throat / chest infections, they are definitely not hitting the mark.
The best they could do for an "emergency" appointment was for me to call at 8:00am the "day after tomorrow" and "hopefully" get through in time to reserve one of their limited "emergency" appointments.
Very disappointing, as I was lead to believe upon joining the practice, that they had a daily duty doctor who would deal with emergency / urgent cases, which was a very important factor for me when choosing a medical centre, especially as I have 3 young children.
On the occasions I have visited, the doctors and staff have all been excellent, its just a shame they don't have a different policy when it comes to emergencies.
