Having booked in advance the transfer from the end of the Overland Track to Hobart, only during the track did I find out that he had booked me onto a bus which was already hired by a group of 8, and this group moved the time of the transfer to later, and therefore I would leave late too. Due to this, I woke up extra early on the last day, and waited 2.5 hours for a lift to Hobart.
When I called to negotiate a refund for the transfer I didn't use, after some e-mailing, we worked out to refund half the cost.
Also the transfer itself is expensive, about twice the price of the transfer I used to get to the Overland Track from Launceston.
