Got back from my hotel after one of our days out to fresh towels, but the ‘fresh’ towels had blood on them. When we called the receptionist she was rude and couldn’t care less.

The room severely need and upgrade, but the beds were comfy, food was great for tea, but breakfast was well under par for the price..

Location, Location, Location!
Once block from the Elizabeth St Mall – literally right in the heart of the city. Easy walk to everything. It’s a three star hotel – not five as some of the other reviewers seem to expect. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated, very clean and tidy with great views of the city and Mt Wellington. Great pub (New Sydney Hotel) directly across from the front door; the street turns into a market on Sunday morning! Perfect. Given the price the location and amenity is outstanding value for money.
