Great service, fair prices. Could do with little work around to make more room as quite crowded. That would be because it's so popular though so its a negative from a positive.

Wonderful in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy, and always greeted us with a huge smile. Fantastic location too.

Easy access and no fuss, checked in and out without any face to face contact. Over the phone contact only and very pleasant with a great room close to Salamanca.

After an initial mix-up of rooms, the hotel has done everything possible to rectify the situation. I ended with a lovely Studio Apartment - beautifully clean, great amenities - perfect for a weekend in Hobart. Chelsea on reception has been extremely helpful, and is an asset to the hotel.

Comfortable but not luxury. Well located just to the side of the famous Salamanca area in beautiful Hobart. The rooms are nice and relatively comfortable. Nothing luxurious about them and the hotel itself is limited on facilities but it's pleasant and okay value. A few better places opening in Hobart soon / which will be far more expensive but if you're into luxury accommodation look elsewhere - if your looking for comfort and value this is a good place to stay
