Elana is gently encouraging, while keeping a watchful eye on all participants. She helps each person find the best way for them to perform the movements to keep us stretching. Great classes and great price.

A great way to wind down after a busy day and still get some fitness and stretching in. Elana is a down to earth instructor who is always aware of each persons needs during the class and offers alternatives so they can still participate. Highly recommend this class.
