Had to write a review in response to a negative review "High end beers and expensive upmarket spirits". Todd has worked hard to create a bottle shop with a point of difference. Independently owned and operated, along with a focus on local and independently owned wines, beers and spirits. Todd hands down has the best pricing on Craft Beer in Hobart and his spirit's match that of any larger shop, not to mention the hard to find and family owned products that you simply will not find in any chain store. Calling a store "too expensive" because the of the products they choose to stock is rather absurd. Hands down Tasmania's best collection of Single Malt Whiskies, Bourbons, Gins, Cognac/Armagnac, Rum and Tequila. If you enjoy a nice dram, a fine ale or the some of the finer spirits in life, Destination Cellars is the store for you. If you're after cartons of XXXX Gold or Great Northern, well, BWS is 200 meters up the road.

Very upmarket only alcohol. They stock normal beer and cider yet a lot of high end one's as well. Very pricy.

Todd here really knows his spirits. Also has great beer and wine too.
They also host fairly regular tastings of different spirits, wines and beers. Get on their mailing list is you enjoy high quality alcohol
