Lovely place and a friendly staff.
I got the private room and the bed was really comfortable and the heater worked well.

Couldn't ask for any more, room was comfortable and clean and the customer service was fantastic, staff are friendly and really helped us out when we had to alter our booking

Hostel is center from CBD .Free street parking in front of hostel from 6pm-8am, so no parking problem. The room are very clean .Staff are so friendly and helpful. Kitchen are clean and big .I am impressed by the quality and facilities of this hostel. I would absolutely stay here again.

My expectations for this hotel were extremely low to begin with. I didn't book this accommodation because it looked fancy. At the end of the day, I only chose to stay here because it was cheap and located just around the corner from the venue I was attending a function at over the weekend. The staff were friendly upon check in and check out but took it upon themselves to charge my credit card for another guests accommodation as well as my own just because I happen to check in at the same time as them. My friend also booked a room at the hotel under his own name and on a completely separate booking. We checked in at the same time and checked out together. We didn't speak to anyone on checkout except for handing our keys over at the desk. The next day I see that I have been charged twice for my accommodation. After 3 calls over 2 days to the hotel and finally speaking with the Manager, he tried to tell me that my friend had pulled a swifty over his staff by telling them to charge his friends (me) credit card when they had trouble processing the payment on his. It turned out the issue was them entering his credit card number incorrectly. I know this to be rubbish because we both left the hotel at the same time and didn't speak to anyone about payment. The staff just assumed that they could charge my credit card for my friends accommodation because we were there at the same time regardless of the fact that we booked under different names and on completely different bookings. I wouldn't be so annoyed and angry if the staff had just contacted me prior to just taking the liberty of charging my card for someone else's accommodation.

The private rooms with ensuite are reasonably priced for a weekend away. Rooms are quite cold but once the radiator heater was up and running the room was warm (we did leave it on all day whilst we were out and about). The host is friendly and accommodating
