How can you call yourselves FRIEND to the animal world! Myself and my family have been coming to this vet practice for over 20 years. I have just learnt that you and your time poor staff were unable to see my families beloved dog in an emergency situation last night and because of your neglect, lack of professionalism and empathy she passed away due to a snake bite. I suggest you look carefully at what your practice stands for and what your priorities are in the future for the care of other families loved ones. Your lack of response to an EMERGENCY is disgusting and resulted in the worst outcome possible to our puppy. For that you should all be ashamed.

Amazing caring staff that are there to help. Best vet experience i have ever had, i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for there animals. Best surgeon in tassie!!
