Terrible rooms. Nice staff but so over worked could not deal with the number of people booked in or any requests. Extremely bad at coordinating rooms, 1st room i was booked in at was already had guest so they moved me another room which you think was great but NO ... At 1 am another person entered the room (another double booking) such bad security.
Sad because palm cove is lovely but not at this hotel.

Staff are very friendly and not afraid to have a laugh with their customers. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wonderful experience

The room we stayed in was nicely situated, with the pool outside the door. For this time of year the prices are to be expected. I don't think I would choose to stay here again. The staff were courteous and friendly.
