Jen and her deep core yoga will have you completely energised and bouncing of the wall. I love her style and the atmosphere at the beach shack is second to none. I went to the mission beach retreat with her and nyree and can not recommended them highly enough. Thx ladies

Cairns Beaches Yoga with Jen is fantastic. Very professional & knowledgeable & the setting at Kewarra Beach at the Beach Shack is absolutely stunning. I'm a local Chiropractor and I frequently recommend my clients to start classes with Jen. Can't recommend highly enough!
