I went this class back in May and will be going again this week and as often as I can now being local.
Beth has a calming energy and you can tell she loves teaching. The beach setting is beautiful and she is basically the number 1 yoga in Cairns area. I saw on her business Facebook page that she is doing retreats and other workshops so I recommend you like the businesses page as well. The class is definitely on the list to do in Palm Cove and I am forever telling tourists and locals to try the class.

My girlfriends and I had a private session with Beth as part of our 40th Birthday celebrations. For some, it was a totally new experience, while others have been practicing yoga for a while now. Everyone loved the session with Beth. She was very accommodating and the practice left us all relaxed and lifted..... a great way to start our special weekend away.

Beth's beach and poolside yoga classes in Palm Cove are not to be missed! Even as a very unflexible male, I was made to feel welcome and given many modifications in the poses. I have been attending for a few months now, and really feel so much better in my body and less stressed out. World's best location for yoga classes!
