Just went to your store and order 2 extra long cheesy bacon tenderchrisp meals and got home to find out that neither of our burgers has cheese or bacon on it, we have taken photos and have the receipt and want something done about it for the fact that we drove from mowbray to riverside just to find that out, thanks

When they stuff up they give you a freeby. Unlike some other fast food restaurants.

Hungry jacks mowbray is hopless....on my last 3 occations i have requested the sauce for the snack box and it is missed everytime....today i specifically requested to ensure it was there....but get back to work no sauce again......once ok.....twice not good ...third time bares saying something.....to top it off they cant be contacted on the phone number provided on their web contact.....maybe scared of complaints
