Raymond at the service desk was clear and helpful in the process for hiring my removal truck. He clearly laid out the conditions and policies.
The vehicle was clean and in a good condition.

During an emergency situation (we thought so) on our way from Townsville to Maryborough to compete in the Maryborough 24 hour bike challenge. I found we were in need of help. One hundred km south of Mackay our vehicle lost its ability to tow a fully loaded tandem trailer. I rang Chris in Mackay who could not only help us, but kept the business open until we drove the distance back to Mackay. He was very helpful, even offering the use of the workshops to remove the broken tow bar. As I said they were officially closed by then.
Upon returning to Townsville after 5pm I was please to find we were not charged an extra day's hire. Thank you Townsville and Mackay branches for your excellent service, without which our trip would not have been a success.
