I recommend this fantastic studio to anyone. Sadly I have to get back to perth wa . The girls a very friendly and professional I hope I may return soon LOVED it thank to Ashley and everyone for making me welcome warm regards Phillip

Profession instructor, clean and tiny place, have some sort of yoga products sell in the shop best for who are newbie want start immediately.

My girlfriend convinced me to try yoga with her so I went along to 8 Limb Yoga studio and absolutely loved it! I thought we would just sit and do a few gentle postures but I was so wrong. We did a Vinyasa class which was quite challenging. Lots of different postures flowing with breath. The teacher had us balancing on one leg and our hands and doing lots of downdogs I think they are called! It was a good core workout too. I also went to a Yin yoga class. This class was the most relaxing thing I have ever done. I'm hooked!

This studio would be really good for beginner yogis/yoginis with two really lovely rooms with good energy. I went to two Ashtanga classes here and both teachers were good. The only thing I didn't like with this place is that they have no cups or bottled water for sale. They don't like to support plastic so choose not to sell or buy it only having filtered water you can put in your own bottle or in a bottle that they can sell you. However the 2nd time I went to go to yoga I had intended on buying water on the way but was running late and ended up running there only to find I was dehydrated and no water bottle to fill up with filtered water and no extra cash to buy a bottle for the water. In my opinion as a business you could get some non plastic cups or sell glass bottled water or even coconut water. I asked for a cup or something and said I was dehydrated but they just told me they don't have any and that I could buy a bottle to fill up or bring my own. I really think the service could have been a little better seeing that it was my 2nd class at this studio.
