We ate here with 4 people & no booking on a Saturday night. The staff were very accommodating & friendly. Had a great meal, varied menu so everyone could get what they liked. Great menu for sharing. Loud but that is part of the atmosphere.

The good was for the most part pretty great. The cauliflower salad was terrific, and they made a big effort to accommodate my partner who is vegan, which isn't always a given in Melbourne!
The desserts were amazing, and very different take on the usual offerings found at higher-end Melbourne restaurants.
What let this place down a lot was the food service: ones of our diners was still waiting on their first meal well after the rest of our table had received two rounds of share plates. Not ideal.
It's also very noisy—fine if you like that sort of thing, but it was too loud for my liking.
Food is great.
Service is just ok.
Atmosphere is loud.
Fitout is very nice.

Ridiculously good food. Every dish was absolutely enjoyable. Nice staff and a insanely knowledgeable sommelier who recommended great wine to pair with the food at a range of price points. Well timed serving of food made sure it was a slow and relaxed dinner, never feeling rushed, with plenty of time to enjoy each dish.

If your after gluten free options this is not the place to eat. Not even gluten free soy which made choices very limited for an Asian Infusion restaurant. I persued regardless and now my stomach is in knots. Small plates but tasty. Staff a bit stiff in the lip. Wouldn't return or recommend.

One of my favourite Melbourne restaurants. Amazing food - emphasis on amazing - and great service. Yes reservations can be hard to get but you can also eat at the bar. I think they have the best steak tar-tar i've ever had. My partner and I came here for our anniversary dinner and the staff made us feel special with additional attention and an extra sweet courtesy of the chef.
