Warning be very carefull of visiting cooper pedy big4 caravan park.Lock every thing up.Lots of stealing going on .Went to bed ,locked door, other halve went to shower at around 5 in the morning;leaving me asleep forgot to lock me in.While i was asleep some one came in and stole wallet and handbag.Very upsetting.No gates No cameras no securety ,lost money and personel items.police tell me this is happaning a lot .Hope this will save some one else from having their holiday cut short . We belong to a caravan club and have never felt unsafe before .Christine Gasser of Gawler

The new Big 4 holiday park at Emu Point Holiday Park in WA have got off to a bad start by NOT informing their clients that they were going from a Top Tourist park to Big 4 park, and as such a lot of clients have paid too much for their accommodation. I was booked in to the park from 25Nov14 to 3Dec14, and the management did NOT inform me of the change (as a Big 4 member) would happen on 1st December 2014. This I consider as poor business, and against what should be the policy of a Big4 park, i.e. open and honest dealings with their clients --they have denigrated the good name of Big 4 in my opinion.
